Export clearance

Before goods can be loaded, the shipping bill has to be filed and the cargo cleared by customs. We prepare and check your export documents, file the shipping bill, coordinate any examination and make sure the cargo reaches the vessel or flight on time.

Import clearance

For imports, we file the bill of entry, work out duties and taxes with you before the cargo arrives, arrange examination if customs asks for it, and release the goods for delivery to your door.

Getting the classification (HS code) and valuation right at the start avoids most delays. We review your documents before arrival, not after the cargo is already sitting at the port running up charges.

Complex and regulated cargo

Some goods need permissions from other authorities as well as customs. Our aircraft import at ICD Patiala for the Govt. of Punjab needed special permissions from Customs, DGFT and aviation authorities, and it remains the only aircraft imported at an ICD in India. We bring the same care to machinery, chemicals and other regulated cargo.
