PH Logistics India is a freight forwarding and customs clearance company with its head office at #1029 Office No. 106, KV House Building, Lucky Complex, Jeevan Nagar Chowk, Focal Point, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. We decide how the personal data collected through this website is used, so we are responsible for it.

We only collect what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data every website receives.

• Quote and enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and your message.
• Emails and calls: whatever you include when you write to or phone us directly.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which our hosting provider records in server logs. The quote form also runs an automated bot check that reads signals from your browser.

• To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and handle your shipment.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your request.
• To keep the website and the form secure and free of spam.
• To meet our legal duties, such as customs, tax and accounting records.

When you submit the form you agree to us using your details for the purposes above, and nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not send marketing newsletters, and we do not use your details for advertising.

We share data only with the service providers that run this website and our email, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Vercel Inc.: hosts the website, runs the bot check and keeps server logs.
• Neon Inc.: stores quote requests in a database hosted in Singapore.
• Resend Inc.: sends the website's emails, through Amazon Web Services in Japan.
• Mailhostbox: hosts our info@phlindia.com mailbox.
• Google: shows the map on our Contact page. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.

If you book a shipment with us, we pass the details it needs to shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities and our agent partners in India and abroad. This is necessary to move your cargo, and some of these parties are outside India.

Some of our service providers store or process data outside India, including in Singapore, Japan and the United States. We use established providers that protect data with encryption and access controls, and we follow any restrictions the Government of India places on transfers to particular countries.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on a quote. If you become a customer, we keep shipment records for as long as Indian tax, customs and company law requires. Server logs are deleted automatically by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The bot check on the quote form uses technical signals only for security. The admin area, used only by our staff, sets one cookie to keep staff signed in. The Google map on the Contact page may set Google's own cookies.

The website is served only over HTTPS. Quote requests can be read only by our staff through a protected admin area. We take reasonable security measures, but no website or email system is completely secure.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• withdraw your consent to us using it;
• nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
